After the first sample test, David had this to say:
I just finished testing six lenses and two components:
All six lenses are assembled correctly into final assembly,
All buckles are properly engaged to the shell,
Buttons really fit all six lenses,
The trim ring buckle does engage the lens properly,
The outer and inner surfaces of the visible areas are fine.
I will make measurements to verify the size.
Packaging and Shipping
Export mold packaging
For mold export, we make standard export boxes using strong polymer wood planks to project the moulds. Before putting into the box, we wrap the mold with plastic film to prevent the anti-rust paint inside the mold from moisture.
Export product tray packaging
For products that need to be shipped by sea, we use more than three assistants to produce them. The first is the sturdy case, the second is the pallet, and the third is a protective plastic film with wrapping straps to keep it stable and safe during transportation and delivery
